That was showing what happens in the future, so at this point, we already know that the rich guy is going to die.
Basically what has happened so far is that the rich guy saw Choi Moonhyuk fighting and wanted him so he bought him. Now He is Choi Moonhyuk's new owner. He makes him have sex with him anytime he wants, he wants Moonhyuk to show him other expressions. Then it turns out that he has a wife(no love, just contract) and a son. He has this happy family facade to deceive his father.
The rich guy is investigating Moonhyuk because he wants to know more about him, his old owner was someone called gagang(or something like that) and he is the one who put him in that fighting ring in the first place. At the beginning of the chapter, it was another flash forward about Moonhyuk being in the police station because of the rich guy's death.
