It's not the uke's fault he didn't do anything wrong he offered the seme a job and he took it simple as that besides it isn't like the seme is a child he's a adult they both are

How is this the Uke’s fault? They both agreed on it. Plus their not actually doing it. No ones at fault the friends just being overprotective.
