Looking for a yaoi manga

I'm looking for a yaoi manga I read a long time ago. I can't remember much details about the story but there was a scene where the uke saw a business card given to the seme by a colleague or ex(?) which had a phone number written on the back. He approached the seme about it but some sort of misunderstanding happened but I can't remember clearly what happened.
