he did a surrogate, but than after yiyi wanted a kid so he stayed by the surrogate mom side until rourou was born
Yiyi wanted a child do he got it done in the lab with a Women. They don't have sex or anything(im guessing artificial insemination). You kno like Kim K's last two children ?? But anyway so the seme had switched his sperm with yiyi. That is rorou is the Seme's kid while yiyi's sperm was frozen and i guess kept in a sperm bank.
