Well tbh the head maid also looked out for Alejandro, she was the one who told Ibelina not to be afraid of him bc the curse ain't like a desease.
She was just doing her job as Alejandro care taker when se ask ibelina to go. If Alejandre were in a relationship with her being a commoner, the house (family) would get a backslash, so, I don't think that she were wrong there. Maybe a lot of us didn't liked the idea of them to be separated, but, rationally speaking, the Head of maids were the only one who did the right thing for the Duke's house name.
Yeah she's rather different from the butler, who appeared out of nowhere, still she knew Alejandro and Ibelina are so close, and Ibelina was the only one who can be considered a friend even though Alejandro met Ibelina at midnight or something she wanted them to be separated, and at first there wasn't anyone capable of taking care of Alejandro (his messy room, etc) that's also the head maid's responsibility, only when Ibelina took care of Alejandro voluntary that she let her, and a maid said she acted like the lady of the house (probably just ranting)
Sadly, she knew how Alejandro's course were seeing by third parties, and she -as a Head of Maids she were- couldn't obligate other maids to take care of him bc of the fear, and she had to see the whole house job too..
Sadly, even the parents didn't looked out for Alejandro, I found real how she tried to do what she could at the time. Later on, when Ibelina started to took care of him, she never stopped them to be close, it were when Alejandro started to have love-feelings for Ibe that she do what she thought were the best for the Duke's house.
To be honest, Alejandro even didn't told her that he was trying to buy a nobility for Ibe, so she act as the position demanded. And she never looked down Ibe, neither humiliated her even when she asked her to go. That's why I have a good point of view for her...
Now the butler, I can't supoort him in any way possible Σ(っ°Д °;)っ he were just.... no likeable
She's strict in that way, I hope she will accept Ibelina even if she's just a maid as Alejandro's spouse (still has a long way to go this one) and yes, can't support the butler in any ways when Alejandro still got that curse he never visit him even though he's the heir
I'm rereading this and I'm so pissed off at the butler and the head maid, Ibelina's the one who took care of Alejandro when nobody wanted too, look at his room, at his thin body, and when Alejandro was cured only then the maids, the butler, and the head maid paid attention to Alejandro
Ibelina's lowkey annoying with the way she's been insisting that she's just a commoner well that's also because she always looks at Alejandro like he is her boi, the same way I want to protect Alejandro until her feelings are dulled she ought to look at Alejandro as a man, not her young master
