You can only raise it so high through effort. Just like in real life, some people are born with more affinity or talent for something. He was not. His speciality is analysis, learning, observing, and applying.

I think at this point in the manhwa he's reached circle two but could do circle 3 magic with enormous effort and Toa's Crest (for the mana boost)
why can't desir increase his magic level or whatever?? am I wrong or is he still circle 1? ?
