Well the dark skinned vampire has the same tattoo as Ichii. So I think he was his pair but maybe went crazy at some point and killed all vampires at a pairing party. Maybe now he is in vampire prison or dead. It is a hypothesis since we only know that the killer a) is a very old vampire b) killed many most likely vampires due to the card he was holding c) has the same tattoo as Ichii
Okay thank you cause I was extremely confused by that part and it’s meaning. I thought I missed an important part in the plot and I didn’t see anyone mention it in the comments
