She purposely lured the FL into a trap in exchange of saving herself.
She was giving the "uncle" paperwork that would block the FL receiving her inheritance until a court hearing conclusion. It was this paperwork that gave the criminals idea to kidnap the FL.
Jin Nana actions have only been purposed to bring harm to the FL and destroy her relationship with the ML. That is the reason she took the case to begin with and helped the uncle.
She is a jealous , petty little girl with very low character.

It was a situation that was brought about by her trail of actions. So indirectly she is to blame.
Im not saying no but its no motive for her to go to jail after all she didnt do it on purpose she was threatened tht also makes her a victim
Jin Nana was partly the impetus for this whole mess to be kicked off! If she hadn’t been colluding with the uncle in the first place, then this maybe could have been avoided... at least her role in to lure Garyung, possibly even as a victim herself!! Yet, she knew very well what she was doing and that the uncle was scheming & lowdown, except she didn’t know how deep treachery runs! ╥﹏╥ This is what happens when you work with bad guys to get rid of a love rival and Jin Nana should get some kind of penalty for her part in it!
She was working with him for him to take the inheritance n for the other 2 to divorce but not to kidnap her she was kidnapped and forced to do it
