That's why I said "if". His behavior was suspicious for someone who just fell out of love. He was actively trying to keep her from meeting him at school. Regardless though, he clearly doesn't like Noa anymore, so idk why she's so desperate to continue this relationship under a false love, especially since he's extremely average based on what we've seen of him so far. (￣∇￣") Like, what is he bringing to the table that makes Noa so desperate? Cuz he gave her a flower that one time? It's not even like she's financially dependent on him or something similar. She's an independent adult, so girl just take the "L" and leave.
@froggy let’s be real, noa cannot handle the fact that he doesn’t want to be with her. even if he didn’t have anyone he’s interested in she’d still act like this bc she wouldn’t accept it. yea i see what you mean - he seems pretty ordinary. I honestly think she was always more into the idea of being in a relationship ~period~ than it being about specifically about him. I know women irl who would rather stick with a loser than break it off simply because they feel like they should be married w kids soon, etc
I agree with all ur points. (づ￣ ³￣)づ It seems like Noa got ahead of herself and was planning marriage and far beyond, and she was so dead set in those plans without ever confirming anything. And because she poured so much energy and dedication into this marriage fantasy, when those plans were shot, she totally broke down. Ya hate to see it.

i think she might see it as emotional cheating?? and if so, that would definitely hurt her just as badly, if not worse. knowing that the person you love is leaving you because they love someone else must be such a shitty feeling.
@juice yea that hurts :( but that's one reason people break up. you can't (or at least one shouldn't) force a person to stay if the bond is no longer there. personally, I don't think emotional cheating is a thing. to me that's like 1984 thought police mentality shit. if people act on their thoughts and actually fuck the person thennnn that becomes a problem to me ig. i think the issue is that he ghosted noa instead of just ripping the bandaid once he realized? but i think she'd go beserk in that situation too so it's still a lose-lose for everyone :/
