I know that in Asian culture the parents normally adopt the children into the family if they marry someone with kids from a previous partner, but they also remove them from the registry if they get divorced again. Joowon and Haesoo are not blood related to begin with and they're further separated because their parents took them off their registers when they divorced. They merely used the brother trope as an excuse (for themselves, the media and their parents) to continue to see one another. In no way is this incest because I highly doubt that even if the parents decide to remarry they'll decide to put Haesoo back onto the registry again. He's an adult anyway, so he could just outright refuse. So.....no incest, man. Not even in the slightest.
