They did not know there were miscommunication and misunderstanding. We seen. They did not know. there are some mistranslations with chapter 50 and also some of the indirect communication does not transfer over correctly. English is an low-context language meaning they use more direct communication. But Korean is a high-context language meaning more indirect communication. Direct communication: turn on a heater. Indirect communication: it’s cold isn’t. (The meaning is hidden).
There is a lot that happens in chapter 50 that is missed.
Also Seoil said in May that story was coming to an end and in between chapter 48-49. She took a 2 week hiatus for her health and said the story will be continuously until the end. It was coming to an end but maybe she had to cut things and Drop a chapter? I don’t know. The end does seem rushed and there are unresolved things. Them talking about the past some of it was already worked out by the things they already said, figuring out things on their own, or learning from others. Chapter 40 Hangyum nearly tells Hajin everything and for Hajin’s word Hangyum learned he did not hate him as he thought but it probably take a few days to think about it. Hajin learns from his sister and Jaehee. Hangyum learns from his brother. By chapter 50 they had pieced together most of it. Hajin is only acting that way because it has been a week since he left that note and he thinks Hangyum got the note and did not call him.(53 backs this up).
It was honestly really good at first until where they broke up which made me pretty darn mad because they just couldn't sit down and communicate. Also I hate how the ending feels so incomplete (where they made up) like you kiss eachother and suddenly everything is okay? The drama was built up so well but it feels unfinished and honestly frustrated me lol. Pretty good overall ruined it for me with the making up chapter ヽ(`Д´)ノ Just my opinion tho ;w;
