Is the rape. Because it's almost always written off and unlike most other manga including rape, it's far more realistic. With people justifying and excusing it because they like the rapist better. It's triggering.
It was nice to see an omega that was different, and he wasn't manipulative towards his lover so it doesn't trigger me.
Most of all, I'm so incredibly happy it didn't do what other A/B/O do and about-face for the alpha.
Ideally, I would like to see a dark manga come out where someone tortures the alpha and basically turns him into a powerless slave...but I'll take what I can get.
