I think you should still translate it and upload it here on mangago. HeroScans upload their translation on magad3x anyway, their translation only ends up being here because mangago has a bot to auto reupload anything that's got uploaded on other sties. I know about the first come first serve rule in scanlating but honestly no one owns the right to translate a manga except for the mangaka/their publisher. so yes, if you can then you should translate it and upload it here. HeroScans can upload theirs on mangad3x later.
