They do it often, I've had few of my own comments removed. They do it for some of the lezhin comics when ever the artists get a whiff its on mangago
why would they tho? It's not like they own the manga/manhwa or even paid for it these web links are just doing the same thing mangago does
The main idea is the longer you stay on mangago, the more cash they can rake in. They also don't want their readers to know what's going on outside of the website considering the fact they are already breaking distribution laws
I think it's a pre defined configuration of the site, because in the moment you post some link (or name in my case) to other site for manga/raws hosting it is immediately deleted
