I think 1 is the past before blackie came to meet caramel. and 2 is that girl that was jealous of blackie and wanted to marry caramel. she was doing some kind of black magic in the previous episodes. idk about 3

1 and 2 are as underdog said. It's Blackie singing a song before she left to meet Caramel and then the girl coughing blood is the one who called out to Blackie and tried to get rid of her when she first arrived since she's jealous of Blackie being Caramel's fiancée. 3 was the demon that wanted them to see the play and seemed to be planning something so Caramel warned him to postpone it if he didn't want to die. Blackie noticed that the demon was planning something too but still went to see the play.
