What does she mean by, “I’ll be loved by your wife later.” ?

I think she means it sarcastically. Like, if his future wife found out what he gave her, she would be jealous. So she sacastically says ''i'll be loved by your wife later'' meaning ''your future wife will hate me if she knows about this''
