i don't feel like she's selfish, she have done enough it is her life she wanna rest
But you also have to understand that, she was given so much duties at such a young age at that. Even then anyone's world would've been crushed, she had to carry her own weight but even then she took them in and helped them. But I understand why u would be so frustrated just imagine urself in her shoes and all the responsibility she was given at that age :')

Actually, if you were to think of those times- years that she took care of her disciples, you could say she is far from being selfish. She did everything to make her disciples stronger and better as a person. She used maybe half of her past life (?) from the first down to the fifth disciple just so she can help them improve and be like a mother figure to them. She was already tired and she wants to rest in peace that's why she did that. You can even see that she didn't have a 'love' life because she was busy with her being an archmage AND a master of five. It is understandable that in her new life, she didn't want anything to do with her disciples anymore and she wanted to have a peaceful life...but even though she had planned that from the start, notice how she risked being found out by her disciples just so she can help them again and know what happened to them. It just shows how she loves her five disciples so much.

i lnow it is not fair but i find her selfish like reading this and seeing how much pain she has given to her disciples then even knowing about the pain she had cause she wont come out and say that she is their master i know it is rude for me to say this but she is really selfish like how evan may become the next demon lord cause of her and how distant and emotionless her other disciples have become, i know it is just a story but my heart aches. well it is sorta an improvement that she anounced that she is the sixth disciple but thats far from anouncing she was the master that raised them. just imagine your parent that raised you whom you love and worshiped with all your heart and mind just die and vanish without even telling you yeah she did gie out a letter but that was after her death she could have kept in contact... ITS SO FRUSTRATING （/TДT)/
