Yor may not be that bright but trust me in a hand to hand combat, both Nightfall and Twilight is not her opponent.

Yor isn't really a bumbling fool, for me she is more like a slightly dense lady who relies more on her physical prowess (since she is really good at it) than her brain + she is good at what she does I. e being an assassin. The only thing she has been doing since childhood is fighting so naturally she is more inclined to depend on it the most
I find nighfall very annoying but not hateful, yor is cooler than her wish yor and twilight work together to kick asses in near future
It would be much cooler when yor and twilight work together more than that with nightfall
