Feng jinyao replace yi yun sperm with his sperm because he doesn't want anyone to know that he do the surrogate thingy, maybe he afraid that his enemy will kill his child if they know about it,a few chapters back theres a scene where feng jinyao secretary ask him if he want to dispose yi yun sperm and he agreed,but then he kind of reluctant and ask his secretary to keep it.. meaning that yiyun don't have a child yet,rourou is feng jinyao son because he replace his sperm with yiyun,on paper rourou is yiyun son,but by blood its feng jinyao
