didn't you see that panel where one of the guys literally smokes on NK's mouth and nose? he's clearly drugged with opium or whatever they smoke and also drunk from that sake SH made him drink. On a later panel we see how he doesn't even react to SH getting all mad at his guests. He just stares blankly
