I don't think NK's reaction was meant to be disgust. Probably more like disbelief since NK doesn't seem to think highly of himself and wouldn't think Seungho would see him that way. Seungho just happened to interpret as the prior. They definitely need to communicate better.
I hope so, imagine a manga where the characters actually communicate (⊙…⊙)
