In reality, Kanae never had an abortion. I imagine that because he was raped by his own brother, traumas plus weakness, made him think he never had a child. Yuki takes care of that child. So this is the bowdlerized version of the 4 volume manga

I tried making sense of it but from what I can glean is that this might've been meant to be a sequel series of it's own. It's hard to tell tho seeing as facebook has royally fucked its layout to hell and back and I haven't used it in over a year and have no idea wtf is going on or how to navigate lol
