So i searched what a changgwi means and from what ive read, a changgwi is a soul of a man who died from a tiger bite. They are slaves to the tigers and will always obey them. Maybe this is why blonde hair says he doesnt need purple hair's consent. Bec he can do some kind of mind control (when the purple hair is put in a daze) anyways right? Lmao. Just speculating.
