His brother (Minato) was just joking around to gauge whether or not Shouhei would react with disgust or not. Minato says that if Shouhei did (which he didn’t) he would’ve kicked his butt (to protect his older brother). In the end all Mito was doing was being security/waiter at the bar to kick out old pervs that had too much to drink lol in Mito’s early days he did work at the bar as a crossdresser but he hated it. i went back and in chp 2, pg 22 as he takes care of the old man as part of his jobs there shows background noises of rubbing and how his brither covers the mc's eyes.... what??.? And how the ohrases of what the old man would say would end with hearts.
I took it as the old man being a masochist & likes getting hurt//manhandled(?) ... this brother probably covered the mc’s to hide him from the violence.. haha I’m not sure but I’m certain he wasn’t pleasuring old men for money.. but idk maybe I’m wrong

that's a normal gesture to do when someone wants to beat other people. at least that's what I think(I'm trying to think positively )

I think he just worked as a host of some sorts which crossdressed every now and then. He probably sorta talked and spent time with them but I don't think he did anything explicit with any of the customers
