I suggest chp 37 when the pregnancy is announced. Download an app called Naver Papago (or use the website if you're on desktop). At the upper left (on my cell phone at least) you should see 3 lines. Tap on it and click on "Website Translate". Copy and paste the link I provided and it auto translates everything thing into English.
HEADS UP:
1) if the link I provided doesn't work copy this (재혼 황후 novel naver) into Google and click on the first result you see. It should be Naver with chp 200 posted
2) the auto trans aren't perfect, especially the pronouns. But if you follow the storyline closely you should be able to figure it out
