It seems like Noah will save Agatho by setting the church on fire and everyone else inside. Noah takes him to somewhere, lemon happens and Agatho sleeps. When he wakes up, realizes he can't speak bcs his tongue was cut off and can't walk anymore, Noah decided to continue the cult thing by himself. The end.

I wanted to know that too! By the image, it looked like he had his legs cut off but it also could be they were just bending and Noah Sangwooed him.
