Sigh. Felix is obsessed with Isaac, the comic does not show it as well as the novel. Anyway, he does not realize Isaac is an omega so how can he jump to the conclusion that benji is his son? Isaac is a recessive omega so he really is more beta like. Seriously Felix is the most dominant alpha of his generation, omegas pass out at a whiff of his pheromones, someone else had to tell Isaac he was temp marked by Felix. Isaac's inhibitors are also pretty damn awesome. Now Felix DOES sense something fishy about Isaac's gender as time goes on but he wants Isaac to come clean rather than ask outright.
Lastly, Felix's mind may have been tampered with after the island incident. He does not remember the face of the omega he slept with.
