From what I can say :
1) he fucked the cream out
2) pretty sure uke wasn’t 18 at first seeing that he had a senpai in high school o.o So either they decided to say "fuck this” as for everything else and make as if the uke was in his last year of high school haha, or they forgot about it bwaha.
3) that part at least makes some sense: actually seme was an teacher "assistant", so that basically means he was around the end of his studies then did this internship.
4) the mom being the happiest oblivious mom thinking his two kiddos just get on so well with each other that they wanna live together (and marry, and adopt kids, and you know never let you meet their friends but you know that’s just how well they get along, true brotherhood.)
5(bonus): their dad cheats on that same mother and got a second family, justifying his absence with the excuse of working abroad. But yknow she thinks he’s working so hard to bring some money and he’s very dedicated to his work that’s why she only gets to see him once every ten years. Her family truly is the best.
