tho im not blaming the victim here which is the uke cuz i damn well know it's jooin's abuse that made him that way,,, i just can't tolerate him bcoz i feel frustrated in his stead cuz he's doing all the wrong shit to cope w his abuse, i badly want to just shift in his role for a day and cut jooin off of my life, migrate to a beautiful peaceful country and live an abuse-free life
specifically i cant tolerate the uke cuz no matter how abusive his lover is, he won't acknowledge it as a red flag, he convinces himself that his lover's childish moments where he doesn't get beat up makes up for everything, and i mean, that part i understand cuz maybe he's been manipulated to think that way,
BUT at the same time, around the doctor he's acting like he treats the abuse as a red flag and that he also wants to get out of the relationship, he's even asking the doctor for sex who clearly told him that he's serious ab liking him, doing that WHILE also saying to himself that no matter what, he still trusts the love he have with his abusive lover and that he will never stop loving him or sumn.
the doctor just wanted to help cuz the uke makes it seem that he also wanted to be helped, he doesn't know that the uke had no intention of leaving his abusive bf, the uke ust wanted that consensual feel-good sex that his bf doesn't/can't give to him. i rlly feel bad for the doctor, his sister is right, not every abused person have the same circumstances, some like them may want to leave that kind of life, but some like the uke have no intention of leaving or accepting real help. and you're just gonna hurt yourself in the process if you try to take them out of that situation.
i think they all need therapy for this to work or else it's just gonna be a very painful ride also for the readers
