I mean KS is inherently different to this. There is no romance in KS, its a deep psychological webtoon which also explores mental health, psychopathy and so many deep subjects whereass this is the complete opposite (except rape tho - cliche yaoi trope), more focused on the characters, the romance and their normal daily life.
For ex: KS is not bad at all, the webtoon itself is great but undoubtedly there is so much of people shipping the two main characters and their toxic "relationship" to the point some people think that's romantic. In that sense, there is a negative view of KS shippers which may put off people from reading this manhwa (if they think this is similar to KS)? But that's what I think is happening so I could be really wrong too idk
