Iaros is the korean writing of eros (just like medeia is korean writing of medea, or psike is korean writing of psyche), the translator also share some wiki in past chapters where 'iaros' is shown as one of eros's pronunciation
Also the characters in this webtoon can have different trait with their greek names, for example medea is supposed to be an evil witch who kill her own son in greek mythology, but medea in this webtoon is a badass good girl
