No she didn't. Psyche said it herself, she can't heal her wounds. She tried to but they only got worse, so she actually fucked up Medea's body even more.
in later chaps it was shown that psyche did heal her wounds, and this was why medeia wondered 'how tf did we switch bodies back then' because there was no much harm done to her body

Yes she did. Unlike other webtoons, this webtoon doesn’t tell each and every actions and thoughts. It’s very subtle in this webtoon. You can see the moment she went back to her body she was using her healing in full power. It was happen within a second. It means she was in process of healing Medea’s body when she changed her soul.
I think I need to point out that even in the last panel of Medea she was coughing up blood so no she isn't healed

and if they weren't healed and just left as bad as they were we would have seen medeia's reaction or psyche's regret about not healing her legs property when they met again
besides on panels where were shown her legs there wasn't any sings of injury? at all? (like on the next night after switching back for example)
and besides after few days? (I think idk I've read through papago) she already wasn't wearing any bandages
