not really, in the real world coma patients are fed through iv tubes so they don't die, i assume maybe they could do something with magic in this world or try and feed her soups etc throughout her wavering consciousness.
then again, the entire baseline of this story, time travel, isn't possible either so it doesn't seem like a big of a deal ╮(￣▽￣)╭
