I thought it was the father but he has red eyes and the one doing magic had blue ones so i think it may be the son of the lady Kiera met (the one who does magic)

I think that the Duke and Cosette were not in a good relationship either. We only see the their relationship from the eyes of Keira and never saw the dept of the relationship from Cosette or Duke's eyes directly so it is very misleading. In private he might be indifferent to Cosette too. For the most part I do believe Duke loves Keira but doesn't know how to show it so shitty parenting is on the show. And before Keira died we also saw a blonde man that looked like Duke do magic so i will bet my money on the Duke to who reversed the time. Keira is also waaayy to clueless about the outside world and I HOPE she ditches that shady Casino Guy. I mean girl come on use your common sense how can you trust and fall a guy you met in a casino jeez.. Also umm Jeofreyy is WAAAYY cooler than that schmuck face.
