I suggest you read from the beginning. There are a lot of stuff that the artist had modified and left out. It'll be confusing if you read from the current chapter. Like how he got the divine potions or his extra spear. Or his VIP shopping spree. Or how he clean out his meridians and be able to use mana again.
I advise also to read from the beginning. It's far better because it gives you more info and makes you see how great the story actually is.
