nah the guy who turned back the time has blue eyes but her father and brother both have red eyes. so its most probably the son of Viscountess Shore. she has blonde hair and blue eyes, and even mentioned how their son is aleays holed up in the mage tower, so that means their son is someone who can use magic. (see ch15)
