Yessss I agree with you, Caiden needs to either let go of his past or let go of Ellen. If he doesn't let go of his past I think Ellen should leave him because there is no way they can maintain a healthy relationship if Caiden feels guilty for loving her and feels some sort of hatred for her.
You know I get what you guys mean, but this girl was hated her WHOLE life, she finally finds someone she dares to hope actually loves her, and he shows signs of also hating her.
