When it's emperor the main wife should be empress so the queen is only second wife
King's partner is queen then the other wives are called concubines
It is similar to an emperor he can also have concubines but the children are illegitimate
Only the children of the main wife is the legitimate
So I'm guessing Estrella is an illegitimate child
In royalties there are no so called cheatings since the emperor or king are allowed to have concubines as many as they want

Owh yeah, i forgot about that. It just me wondering before, coz i read so many previous comments, saying about the queen is such a sweetheart and will love the mc so much , and me wonder why he have other women eventho the queen such a good person itself.
