They not related and I’m pretty sure they both crushing on each other ╮(￣▽￣)╭ basic story plot but it’s actually not as bad as most I read one when they were actually related that was bad the brother didn’t like her but the sister......let’s just say it was painful to read so I dropped it and if they did end up together on her I wouldn’t mind it they are cute together
