I think that Minhyuk/Sooyoung is going to be one-sided. I understand that we sometimes forget about what the MC actually wants but if you look at their interactions so far it's clear that Sooyoung has no feelings for him. This manga has really beautifully expressive art, if Sooyoung felt something we'd see it on his face. All their interactions have felt platonic from his side, he doesn't treat Minhyuk any differently than his other friends and co-workers. All the googly eyes is coming from Minhyuk.
Don't get me wrong, it was incredibly cute seeing Minhyuk get all love struck when Sooyoung said he was cute, but Sooyoung has always been honest. Sooyoung wasn't blushing or anything, of course he finds Minhyuk attractive (who doesn't lol) but he's not attracted TO him. If you compare that to his interactions with Mafia Daddy then it's even more evident that he sees Minhyuk as only a friend. Next chapter is going to emphasize this fact even more, trust me.
The way I see it Minhyuk's love is destined to be a tragically unrequited one unless Mafia Daddy does something to hurt Sooyoung and chase him away. But even then who knows?
