Okay- I just copy pasted this from a response that I did to someone else, so it’s not perfect for your question, but it explains the gist!

All we’ve seen is Yawhi push Jooin around and we have no actual confirmation that he actually likes any of it. He’s pretty much yours using Jooin as a sleeve- not caring about his pleasure at all. It's a grey area. Some think it is rape some think it isn't. I think it is to everyone self to decide. It's a big grey area. Lot of people wanna push it down onto rape because they feel the most comfortable with. I think there is allot of explaining to do, There is something about Yawhi we just do not know.

However- Us not knowing about him shouldn’t excuse that Yawhi has done terrible things in past chapters and continues to not listen to Jooin at all.

Of course, but I think this author isn't making this manga out to be some sort of rapish manga just for smut. I think Yawhi's behavior comes from somewhere, we just do not know it yet. I think They both love each other but not on the same level. Let's just hope Yawhi is going to get some character development soon. But I'm afraid the author is going to crucify him first before things will get better.

Yeah I personally don’t see how it is rape but I was explained a little bit on how it is so I can see why people think that, I feel this recent chapter it isn’t a major rape whistle type call haha, because it’s not like he’s begging and screaming for him to stop and constantly hitting him (unless I didn’t read that chapter right) but what they’re doing is sort of forced.
