I'm sure it's a manhwa since I saw some stuff like Korean nursery rhymes and stuff. I also agree on you with the Jimin part! Definitely him (if not Sean just resembles him in many ways)!
yeah i realized it must be a manhwa because of the korean last names which i forgot to mention, i got confused bc the alternative name is in mandarin...i do think sean is jimin but idk if any other characters were modeled by other celebs since they don't stand out in features lol

is this not a manhwa but a manhua? i was SO sure sean was modeled after Jimin from bts but i guess they could've known or it's just a big coincidence....(before you call me crazy, the lips are obvious but he also read emily the little prince which is something related to jimin, and lastly he uses aegyo when he's drunk just like jimin which is why i was wondering)
