The azar is a dragon, ok so that explains his pupils that are different from humans, but since he's a dragon didn't he notice Mir's pupils are also like his?? Humans don't have those pupils so there are two possibilities:
One he didn't bother looking at her eyes which makes sense ( why would I stare at someone's eyes?)╮(￣▽￣)╭
Or two, it's just me, I'm imagining everything ( but honestly I don't think so, so let's just go with the first )
