The little boy (who try to stop the dad) and the little girl (with cancer) are Sean's twins, right? Cause Sean gave his boy to that woman for some reason [I forgot, maybe to treat the girl or give his own son a "better" place]. I wish Sean can tell Jake that he gave birth to twins [if its true] and quickly get the little boy from that woman.
