I understand why people think that, but it hadn't bothered me that much before because I believe that it's really hard to keep things refreshing when the actual historic events are what they are, and there are only so many ways that you can wage war, or describe waging war - until now. Lately I'm really starting to feel the repetitiveness of it all: The glaive-wielding supposed hot shots who are instantly split in two by yet another, bigger hot shot... The scenes themselves, the setup for them, and the way that things unfold. There are just so many things that feel the same, and it's getting harder to be involved.
This late arc has especially made me loose interest. I don't care for Moubu (the story so far has not really given any reason for anyone to care much for him, but it does seem like we're gonna get some backstory), nor for his adversaries this time around.
The actual Chu army and Tou are pretty nice, so hopefully we'll get more from them soon.
