What's the manga name?
The manga (and anime) is Mr. Osomatsu, or Osomatsu-san. It's not a yaoi or anything. It's a comedy about jobless sextuplets all with "matsu" in their name.
It's an old and popular show in Japan. Originally they were kids in the black and white show and then they got a reboot as adults in their early 20s.
Scratch that, the previous show wasn't THAT old (it's in color).
