i feel like the characters (uke from the first couple, seme from the second couple) have manipulative vibes but end up falling in love too deep? they're not manipulative in a bad way, it's just that they want their partner to really like them to the point they no longer be able to live without them. you can say it's being possessive too. but they aren't being toxic and end up having unhealthy relationship, so i guess that's the most important thing. an enjoyable read, finished it in one go :)
