Unfortunately, it is very hard to find both a possessive and a nice seme.

Of course there are the usual ones:
1. Sekaiichi Hatsukoi
2. Junjou Romantica

These two happen later when love rivals show up.

I also remember
1. Yatamomo (Seme definitely fits that criteria)
2. Kuroneko Kareshi no Asobikata and the rest of this series. He's really possessive and I think I remember something like this happening
