I think its not, i think that seungho really dispise his father because of like dirty politics that his father did in the past that will pull any string to get the good position and of course it includes sexual course (maybe),, maybe seungho just dissapointed because maybe he was raised pricely but also have to learn the dirty string in the same time,, and his father pressure on seungho become stronger while his father still pile up the dirty string, and seungho become feed up with all that, and maybe there is this very fatal moment ( i dont know what) that make seungho want to punish his father by engage sodomy within his father consent so that he can dirty the family name,,

Ngl I forget all about the other chapters that talked about his family situation I need to reread this. Whatever the case is, it definitely isn't good and It caused some serious damage to Seungho.

So I'm probably thinking way too hard into this, but I think, based on the two panels of flashback, Seungho fell in love with a teacher or government official/some person with a good status who frequented the household often. Either his father or brother caught Seungho and the other guy or he told the other who then told his family and Seungho was then shamed from his family for being gay or beaten. Which could lead him to having unstable mental health and rebelling against his family.
