Thats exactly the ending. Sang Hwa will realize he was just expecting too much and as a good friend Ryu Han was doing his best to take care of him. He just cant return his eomantic feelings. In the end they are stil best friend and Sang Hwa liked the mafia guy. In the next chapters you will have a POV recall from the mafia guy starting from the day they've met up until this chapter with almost thesame illustration and conversation. Then well habe 3 chapters to clear things up then the end. Quote a good start but not good development after chapter 19.

These two have completely normal friendship. It's just that Ryu Han as he is handsome he'd normally have people around him. Sure he does have a little bit of personality that we don't like but Ryu Han from the start treats Sang Hwa as a friend. It was Sang Hwa who fell and expected more. You can't expect a straight dude to put his best friend over a girlfriend. What Ryu han feels as jealousy is getting his friend snatched away. Ryu han was so used by the fact Sang hwa is open and honest to him but you can't expect everyone to do the same. I'm not siding with Ryu han I just see him as a completely flawed normal human which is really well made for a webtoon character
